Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, the enchanting witches of Oz, are set to host a grand musical special celebrating the world of “Wicked.” Just two weeks ahead of the theatrical release of “Wicked: For Good,” the stars invite fans to enjoy a special night of music and performance.
The two-hour NBC event, “Wicked: One Wonderful Night,” will showcase live performances by Grande and Erivo backed by a 37-piece orchestra. Spectacular dance numbers and theatrical moments will bring beloved songs from the musical to life.

The trailer teases Grande’s iconic Glinda hair flip, a first look at a live version of “What Is This Feeling?”, and the emotional duet “For Good.” Jeff Goldblum, who portrays the Wizard, even joins in by playing piano during the event.
Jonathan Bailey could not attend the special taping but remains part of the “Wicked” ensemble for the larger film project.
“Wicked: One Wonderful Night” will premiere Thursday at 8 p.m. exclusively on NBC. For streaming audiences, it will be available the following day on Peacock, Friday, November 7.
The concert was filmed in October at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles before a live audience, bringing together fans, cast members, and musicians for a one-of-a-kind celebration.
