This Remembrance Day, we take a moment to honor all those who have served and sacrificed in past and current conflicts. We remember their role in preserving our freedom and extend our support to all serving and former Armed Forces members and their families.
Many places of worship in and around Manchester will observe a two-minute silence. On campus, The Holy Name Church will hold a two-minute silence on 9th November at 11 a.m. Please check with your local place of worship for their specific plans.
The North West Officer Training Corps, University of Manchester Representatives, Multifaith Chaplains, along with members of the university community and the public, will gather in John Owen’s Quad at 10:45 a.m.
