Lego Unveils First Star Trek Set Featuring USS Enterprise D and Next Generation Crew

Lego has introduced its inaugural Star Trek set, a detailed replica of the USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D from Star Trek: The Next Generation. This 3,600-piece model will be available starting November 28, 2025, priced at $399.99, and is recommended for builders aged 18 and over.

Model Details and Features

The USS Enterprise D prominently appeared throughout The Next Generation series (1987–1994) and the 1994 film Star Trek: Generations. Lego’s set faithfully captures the iconic design, including the starship’s saucer section, secondary hull, and warp nacelles, highlighted by red and blue accents.

Launch Celebrations and Exclusive Offer

To mark the set’s release, Lego and Paramount Products & Experiences will hold special events on Black Friday. One highlight is a meet-and-greet with designer Hans Burkhand Schlömer at the Lego Store in London’s Leicester Square.

“Fans who purchase the set before December 1 will receive a bonus Type-15 Federation shuttlepod named Onizuka — a tribute to astronaut Ellison Onizuka, who died in the 1986 Challenger disaster.”

This exclusive shuttlepod adds a heartfelt homage to the set, connecting space exploration history with the beloved Star Trek universe.

Author’s summary: Lego’s first detailed Star Trek set honors the USS Enterprise D with a 3,600-piece model launching November 28, 2025, featuring unique design elements and a special commemorative shuttlepod.
