Liam Gallagher publicly criticized a fan who set off a flare during Oasis’s concert in Melbourne, interrupting the show and alarming thousands of attendees.
The event took place on October 30 at Docklands Stadium, where more than 50,000 fans gathered to see the band’s reunion world tour. The flare was launched amid the performance of Champagne Supernova, filling the closed venue with red smoke and prompting the singer to pause the show.
“That was naughty. Naughty, naughty, naughty.”
Following the concert, Gallagher expressed his anger on X (formerly Twitter), calling out the fan responsible for the dangerous act.
“To the massive c*** who launched that flare into the crowd last night at the gig in Melbourne, you are one seriously f***ed up individual and you will get yours trust me.”
Although many fans celebrated Oasis’s comeback, they also urged the organizers to strengthen security to prevent similar risky behavior in future shows.
