The Fox’s Fifi, Fev & Nick did not let a little rain disrupt their Melbourne Cup special live broadcast from Crown Melbourne. Instead, they moved the celebration indoors, hosting a lively pre-Cup event full of laughter, live music, and celebrity guests.
The broadcast aired live from 5–7pm, replacing their usual Breakfast show times. Over 500 guests gathered on the Crown Atrium rooftop, where Fifi Box, Brendan Fevola, Nick Cody, Gai Waterhouse, Victoria Racing Club CEO Kylie Rogers, and Dave “Hughesy” Hughes were all present and in great spirits.
"It looks like the drizzle yesterday was a precursor for a cold, wet and windy race that stops the nation today."
Listeners can tune in to Fifi, Fev & Nick on Melbourne’s 101.9 The Fox from 6-9am weekdays and also on LiSTNR.
