Paul Rodgers, the lead singer of Bad Company, announced he will not attend the 2025 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony on November 8 due to health concerns.

Despite his absence, former bandmate Simon Kirke and other notable musicians will perform in his place at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. Rodgers assured fans the event will still be memorable, stating it is “Guaranteed to rock.”
