Jetstar will start operating Airbus A321LR flights connecting Sunshine Coast, Queensland to Bali with a stop in Singapore, enhancing low-cost travel options between Australia and Indonesia. The new service will begin on March 25, 2026, marking the first international route from Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY).
This is Jetstar’s first direct connection between Sunshine Coast and Bali, and their tenth direct Australian route to the popular Indonesian destination. It follows the launch of Gold Coast to Bali flights earlier in 2025, becoming the fourth Bali service from Queensland.
The flight schedule is coordinated to connect with Jetstar's existing Bali-Singapore routes, enabling convenient same-day travel from Sunshine Coast to Singapore with a stopover in Bali. Additionally, this route opens up a new travel gateway for visitors from Singapore and Southeast Asia heading to the Sunshine Coast region.
Jetstar launched a 48-hour sale with one-way fares from Sunshine Coast to Bali starting at AU$199 (USD $130) on the airline’s website.
