Jersey Mike's Opens in Central Square
A storefront in Cambridge's Central Square, vacant for years, is now home to a Jersey Mike's subs shop, serving until 9 p.m.
The space, located at 675 Massachusetts Ave., was previously a T-Mobile store, which closed over eight years ago.
The empty storefront was always just horrible to walk into. It just felt like a dead space in the street.
David Martin, owner and operator of the Jersey Mike's Subs in Cambridge's Central Square, will oversee the shop, which had a soft opening on Monday.
