Glem Gas Launches New Emilia Electric Cooktops
Emilia has introduced new electric cooktop options to simplify the switch from gas cooktops with identical sizes.
Glem Gas managing director, David Gilmore, explains the issue with traditional electric cooktop installations, requiring a 560mm x 490mm cutout, while gas cooktops use a 560mm x 480mm cutout.
This difference means that anyone wanting to move from gas to electric must enlarge their benchtop cutout – a tricky and sometimes hazardous job, especially with stone surfaces.
