Enugu State Set to Join APC
Enugu State's capital city is abuzz as Governor Peter Mbah and his appointees are set to join the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Tuesday.
According to Mr. Uche Anichukwu, Senior Special Assistant to Mbah on External Relations, top dignitaries will receive Mbah into the party, including:
- Vice President, Sen. Kashim Shettima
- President of the Senate, Sen. Godswill Akpabio
- Speaker, House of Representatives, Mr. Tajudeen Abbas
- APC National Working Committee (NWC) led by National Chairman, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda
- Governors, ministers, federal lawmakers, and appointees
Anichukwu stated that various critical segments of the state, as well as Ohanaeze Ndigbo, have thrown their weight behind Mbah's decision to move into the APC.
