UPDATE: Suspect identified in Rochester hit and run
Rochester Police arrested 45-year-old Adam Bussman of Spring Valley for a hit and run crash late Monday night.
According to RPD, Bussman is facing a felony charge of Criminal Vehicular Operation and is suspected of driving while impaired.
A man is in custody after allegedly hitting someone with his vehicle in northeast Rochester late Monday night. Rochester Police Department says they received a report of someone being hit by a vehicle at around 11:40 p.m.
- Officers responded to 115 First Avenue NE where they found a man in his 40s with non-life threatening injuries.
- He was taken to Saint Mary’s for those injuries.
- Officers later located the suspect and his vehicle in the 500 block of 5th Avenue NW.
- He was then taken into custody.
