Polaris Industries Sells Indian Motorcycle
Indian Motorcycle will be sold to California-based Carolwood LP, a private equity firm, according to a press release from Polaris Industries.
The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, with Indian Motorcycle retaining the majority of its team, as stated by the company.
Polaris is confident in Indian Motorcycle’s future success under Carolwood ownership and will maintain a small equity position in the business after the transaction closes.
