Court Denies Bail to Mother-Daughter Duo in Murder Case
The Francistown Magistrate’s Court has denied bail to Ruth Fana, 54, and her daughter Onalenna Fana, 35, accused of murdering Elicar Fana, Ruth's mother and Onalenna's grandmother.
According to the charge sheet, the alleged murder took place in early June at Makobo village. Senior Magistrate Thapelo Buang stated that the accused had made numerous bail applications since their arraignment.
