Former AT&T Illinois President Paul La Schiazza is set to have bribery charges dropped under an agreement with federal prosecutors.
La Schiazza entered into a deferred prosecution agreement, which includes a $200,000 fine and his admission of intending to bribe then-Illinois House Speaker Michael Madigan.
