4-A Boys District Tournament Day 1 Results
The 4-A boys District tournament's opening round took place in the Magic Valley despite the cold weather.
In a competitive matchup, the third-seeded Gooding Senators edged sixth-seeded Buhl 2-1, setting them up against second-seeded Sun Valley on Tuesday.
In Filer, fifth-seeded Bliss pulled off an upset against fourth-seeded Filer, defeating the Wildcats 4-1, and will face top-seeded Wendell on Tuesday.
Both games are scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 14, as the tournament field continues to narrow for the district championship.
