Investigation in Adams County
A 15-month-old child was found sitting alone in a ditch on the 2000 block of South Marian Road.
A passerby alerted deputies, who called Hastings Fire and Rescue. Paramedics assessed the child and transported them to Mary Lanning Hospital for care.
