Break the Bank 50-mile Ultra Marathon
The inaugural Break the Bank 50-mile Ultra Marathon started at 8AM on Saturday, with over 100 runners participating.
The course began at Sturgeon Lake, followed the Willard Munger Trail, and ended at the famous Morgan Park bank, now a residential home with an original bank vault.
The first finisher, Rachel Ragona, crossed the finish line in under seven hours.
“Probably one of the prettiest courses I’ve ever run.”
The marathon finished with a notable winner, marking the end of the inaugural event.
