A 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 owner's transmission failure led to a remarkable example of dealership loyalty in Michigan.
For many truck owners, a dealership is just a place for transactions. However, some dealers remind us that great service still exists, and loyalty is a two-way street.
A post by Thomas Warren in the "GMC Sierra Nation" Facebook group caught attention. He misses his 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 X31, currently in the shop waiting for a new transmission.
In the meantime, he's driving a 2022 Ram Big Horn loaner provided by Baker Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Cadillac, Michigan. Although he admits it's a nice truck, he says nothing compares to his Sierra.
