Isaiah Valencia, 23, was charged by Wilkes-Barre city police for allegedly threatening a woman with a firearm on Tuesday.
A woman reported being followed by Valencia to a business on Hazle Street, where he threatened her at around 5:30 p.m. When she entered the business, Valencia followed her inside and threatened her with a firearm, according to police.
Valencia was apprehended on Blackman Street and arraigned by District Judge Donald Whittaker of Nanticoke on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, and possession of a controlled substance. He was released after posting $2,500 bail.
