TGI Fridays Closes in Eastern Henrico
TGI Fridays has closed its second Richmond-area location in less than three months. The casual restaurant chain closed its restaurant at White Oak Village.
The location at 4459 S. Laburnum Ave. operated for years on a 1.3-acre outparcel at the White Oak Village development. This closure follows the recent closing of the chain’s location in western Henrico on West Broad Street.
Plans are already in motion to redevelop the Laburnum property. The existing restaurant building will be converted into two commercial spaces, one suite being 2,600 square feet and the other nearly 4,000 square feet.
No official statement has been made regarding the future of the Broad Street spot.
