According to a snapshot survey by the Royal College of Physicians, 'corridor care' has become the norm, says the BMA.

Dr Helen Neary, co-chair of the BMA consultants committee, notes that even in summer, most doctors have to treat patients in inappropriate spaces without dignity, privacy, or the right tools to do their jobs safely.
