Gen Z have a vocabulary of their own, and 'Lit' means something cool, awesome, or exciting. This write-up is inspired by the article Speak Your Roots: A Digital Hearth for Khasi Language Preservation by Daiarisa Rumnong (The Shillong Times, October 8, 2025).
