Written Ruling Expected on Monday
A court hearing was held on Friday morning in Leesburg, where Chief Loudoun County Circuit Court Judge Douglas L. announced that he would issue a written ruling on Monday morning.
The ruling is in response to Purcellville Vice Mayor Carl "Ben" Nett's request for a review of his employment status with the town.
There are still four outstanding felony charges against Mr. Nett.
