Trump to Meet with Asian Leaders
President Donald Trump is traveling to Asia to meet with the leaders of Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, and China.
He aims to promote significant investments, totaling at least $900 billion, for U.S. factories, a natural gas pipeline, and other projects.
In August, Japan and South Korea made commitments to these investments in exchange for Trump considering a reduction in planned tariff rates from 25% to 15%.

Despite these pledges, the investments remain uncertain as the president departs on Friday night.
