Lahore, Punjab's provincial capital, continues to experience severe air pollution, ranking as the most polluted city in the world.
According to real-time data from IQAir, Lahore's Air Quality Index (AQI) was recorded at 410, placing it in the "hazardous" category, with an average level of 329 later in the day.
Air pollution also affects other cities in Punjab, including Faisalabad, Multan, and Bahawalpur, with particulate matter (PM2.5) levels of 622, 485, and 255, respectively.
Other polluted cities include New Delhi, ranked second, Dhaka, third, and Kolkata, fourth, according to IQAir's latest index.
