Victory Against Outsourcing
UNISON celebrates a major victory against outsourcing, with members from Dorset preventing the introduction of a subco that would have affected 1,700 facilities staff.

“Dorset’s victory is a brilliant example of how organising works”.
This win affects porters, caterers, housekeepers, and other NHS facilities staff, protecting their terms and conditions, including pensions.
