Chrissy, also known as "Boonie," has been at the sanctuary since January 2011, when she was just four years old. She was previously bullied by her baboon roommates at another facility.

As a mix of hamadryas and olive baboon, Chrissy's daily routine includes strutting through the play yard, swinging, and reminding everyone of her fabulousness. But beneath her sass and sparkle, she has a big, beautiful heart, and has even been known to carry around stuffed animals, dreaming of being a mom.
