PennDOT Road Work in Delaware County
For the week of November 2, 2025, PennDOT has announced road work in Delaware County.
Upcoming Meeting on Chichester Avenue Roundabouts
A live virtual public meeting will be held on November 12 to discuss the project to construct two roundabouts at the ramps to Interstate 95 in Upper Chichester Township.
- Reconstructing and converting existing intersections into single-lane roundabouts at Chichester Avenue and the I-95 South on-ramp and Pleasant Avenue.
- Reconstructing and converting existing intersections into single-lane roundabouts at Chichester Avenue, the I-95 North off-ramp, the I-95 North on-ramp, and Johnson Avenue.
- Installing intersection lighting.
- Reconstructing sidewalks and ADA curb ramps.
- Improving drainage and constructing stormwater management facilities.
The department encourages the public to attend the live virtual public meeting, which begins at 7 p.m.
