Crystal Palace Women's Manager Jo Potter expressed frustration after the team's 2-1 defeat to Portsmouth in the Barclays Women's Super League 2.
Despite dominating the game, a late goal from Jessie Gale in the 90th minute led to the Eagles' second defeat of the campaign. Amber Nixon scored for Portsmouth in the 32nd minute, while Annabel Blanchard equalized for Palace in the 42nd minute.
"We're hugely frustrated and disappointed. We're making silly errors and silly mistakes and it's costing us massively. We're not finishing our chances at the other end and we had numerous chances, especially in the first half, to really put the game to them and put ourselves in front, which we didn't take."
Potter noted that Portsmouth outworked the Eagles and had a higher desire to win.
