Canandaigua Man Charged with DWI
A 23-year-old Canandaigua man, John A. Rathburn, is facing multiple charges after a late-night traffic stop on Halloween.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff's Office, Rathburn was pulled over at 11:53 p.m. on Friday, October 31, near the intersection of State Route 5 and Cannan Road in the Town of East Bloomfield.
Deputies say Rathburn showed signs of impairment and was taken into custody after an investigation revealed he was under the influence of drugs.
