Killeen Council to Discuss HUD Grant Amendment
A special Killeen City Council meeting will be held on Tuesday to discuss a "substantial" amendment to a federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant.
The amendment is due to an "administrative error" that resulted in an additional $1,993, bringing the total to $1.7 million for the HOME-ARP grants.
