Architect Aaron Jones designed a new-build home in Sumner, Christchurch, that combines sustainability with style, perfect for family living.
The home features a kid-friendly pool and an ideal family-friendly layout, with the kitchen as the central hub.
“It’s designed to ensure there’s good indoor-outdoor connection and easy access to the pool and external living area,”
says Aaron Jones, design director and founder of Urbanfunction. The owners, who have worked with Jones before, needed a larger space for their growing family.
The result is a sophisticated family home with a seamless flow between indoors and outdoors, ideal for creating new memories.
