Cerealto Expands into US Market
Cerealto has acquired a majority stake in Fresca Foods, a co-manufacturer based in Colorado, marking the Spanish group's entry into the US market.
Fresca Foods produces snack bars and breakfast cereals, and the transaction is expected to enhance both companies' capabilities in high-growth snacking segments.
