In a new episode of The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian and her mother Kris Jenner heard an unexpected story from Glenn Close about one of her most memorable film auditions.
During a visit to the set of Kim's new Ryan Murphy series All’s Fair, Kris, 69, was stunned to discover that her daughter had never watched Close’s classic thriller Fatal Attraction—a movie Kris counts among her all-time favorites.
To fix that, Kris organized a viewing party featuring the show’s cast. During the evening, Glenn, 78, decided to indulge in a few martinis and shared vivid memories from her Fatal Attraction audition alongside Michael Douglas.
"I can only have one, ‘cause after two, I become another person," Glenn joked, flashing a knowing smile.
As Glenn recalled, she had taken a Valium before her audition to calm her nerves—but the effect left her a little too relaxed. The story amused Kim and Kris, who listened closely as Glenn described the mix of nerves and spontaneity that landed her one of her most iconic roles.
"Fatal Attraction, one of Glenn’s most iconic roles, that everyone in the world has seen and remembers — except for one," Kris teased her daughter during a confessional.
Glenn Close reminisced about her unexpectedly calm, Valium-aided audition for Fatal Attraction while sharing drinks and laughter with Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner.
