Apprenticeship Success Celebrated at Mid Wales Graduation

More than 100 apprentices were honored at a graduation ceremony on Tuesday, November 4. The event, hosted by Cambrian Training Company—a leading work-based learning provider based in Welshpool—took place in Llanelwedd, Mid Wales.

The ceremony also featured the Mid Wales stop of the Roadtrip to Excellence Team Wales torch relay, part of the lead-up to the WorldSkills UK National Finals, which Wales will host for the first time from November 25 to 28.

Apprenticeship Achievements

Faith O’Brien shared that over 540 apprentices had completed their training frameworks in the past six months.

Supported Shared Apprenticeship Programme Graduates

The ceremony highlighted five apprentices who completed their training through Cambrian Training’s supported shared apprenticeship programme, developed in partnership with Elite and Agoriad to assist learners with additional needs.

This event marked a significant milestone in recognizing the apprentices' dedication and the valuable contributions they will make to Wales's future workforce.
