ICC T20I Rankings Latest Update
The ICC has refreshed its T20I rankings, with Indian players maintaining their dominance among the leading batters and bowlers in the format.
Top Batters
Abhishek Sharma remains the world’s No. 1 T20I batter, holding 925 rating points. He has been recognized as India’s “most important batter.” Following him is England’s Phil Salt at No. 2, and India’s Tilak Varma rounds out the top three.
Leading Bowlers
Varun Chakaravarthy continues to lead the bowling rankings with 799 rating points, impressing with his skillful variations. The second spot is held by West Indies’ Akeal Hosein, who has 726 points, followed by Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan.
Improvements by Pakistani Players
Following their 2-1 series victory against South Africa, several Pakistani players moved up in the rankings:
- Babar Azam rose nine places to share the 30th position.
- Saim Ayub climbed 10 spots to 39th.
- Salman Agha advanced 10 places to 54th.

Despite these gains, Abhishek Sharma retains a clear lead in the batter rankings.
