Nevada Prison Inmate O.J. Simpson's Parole Hearing Scheduled for July
Former football player Orenthal James "O.J." Simpson is expected to have a parole hearing in July, according to the Nevada Department of Corrections (NDOC). The department has not yet released the exact date but confirmed that the hearing will take place within that month.
Simpson, who is serving a 33-year sentence for kidnapping, robbery, and assault with a deadly weapon, has been incarcerated at the Lovelock Correctional Center in northeastern Nevada since 2007. He is now 69 years old.
In October 1995, Simpson was acquitted of the murders of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ronald Goldman. Both were found stabbed to death at Brown Simpson’s Los Angeles home on June 13, 1994.
