Aberystwyth Man Denies Urinating in Doorway
Geraint Davies, a 41-year-old man from Aberystwyth, appeared in Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 29 October to deny a charge of urinating in a doorway. His address was given as c/o The Wallich, Chalybeate Street.
Davies pleaded not guilty to failing to comply with a community protection notice after allegedly urinating in the doorway of a building in Aberystwyth on 21 September this year.
The trial is scheduled for 11 December at Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court. Davies has been released on unconditional bail until that date.
